Pagent Costume: Sadi-chan

Inspired by the massive dragon headpieces worn by some of the contestants in the Miss Universe Pagent.

Sadi-chan was simply a good model because she's always reminded me somewhat of a dragon (with her "horns" and those swirly sleeves) and because her hair matched the color scheme. I tried to keep elements of her original costume in there as well. I wanted to give add in her whip as an accessory, (some of the Miss Universe contestants had whips...wierd) but I couldn't fit it in.
